Using a large range of dustless sanding machine we sand back to bare wood removing all the old coating taking great effort in removing all the old coating even in the corner & edges. 


Once we have done this your floor will be ready for the next stage sanding back to a nice smooth finish ready for the floor to be sealed with a seal of your choice.





Check for nails or other materials that shouldn't be on your wood. Sink all nails and fill if required, Fill gaps holes if required 

Vacuum entire floor remove all debris as at this point any even the smallest of debris can damage your floor.

once all floor areas are clean and dust free we can remover all the damaged top areas of your wood. once the main areas are sanded we will then consentrate on the edges and corners so you have a edge to edge finish.

we then repeat this proses up to 5 times until we have the a scratch free smooth finish.

After this process we then can offer you a seal stain or a wax of your choice leaving you floor looking alive again.
